Our berries are grown locally here in Nebraska without the use of chemicals or pesticides. They are hand picked, packaged, and
immediately frozen.

Each 2 Lb bag is a one-month supply.
Keep berries in freezer.

Take just 1 oz (30 berries) per day

How to use them:
1. Put berries on hot or cold cereal.
2. Mix in blender with other fruits, yogurt, fruit juices, ice, etc.
to make delicious smoothies.
3. Just snack on frozen berries.
4. Put in yogurt or fruit salad.
5. Put in pancake batter or use just like blueberries in any recipe.
