Aroniaberry (Black Chokeberry)Aroniaberries are one of natire's most powerful antioxidants. They have more antioxidants than all other berries studied (see the chart below). This new superfood is low in sugar, when compared to other fruits. Aroniaberries mat help in the prevention of heart disease, cancer, and many other diseases. They have also been shown to slow the aging process, especially in the brain. Aroniaberries, Commonly Called Chokeberries, are Proven to Have High Antioxidant ActivityORAC stands for Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity. ORAC is a method of measuring the overall antioxidant power of foods and supplements.
