String Cheese
Convenient to throw in a lunch bag or hand out as you are heading out the door, string cheese provides important protein and calcium.  Cheese sticks come in a variety of flavors including cheddar, colby and mozzarella.

Hummus and Carrots
Take hummus in snack cups and pair with a bag of carrots.  Hummus is a great way to get fiber and lots of protein. Because it contains so much protein, hummus can help fight craving and keeps blood sugar balanced.  This can curb excessive snacking.

Peanut Butter and Crackers
Everyone loves peanut butter and crackers, but don’t just limit this snack to traditional peanut butter.  Try cashew, almond and other nut butters.  Pack a small jar, a baggie of wheat crackers and a plastic knife for a snack picnic in the car.  Pack wet wipes for clean up.

Popcorn and Aroniaberry Gummy Chews
Glitz up regular popcorn with our Aroniaberry Gummy Chews.  Buy a big bag of regular, cheddar, or caramel popcorn and break into snack size portions.   Add our gummies to the snack bags for a super yummy treat.

Smoothies
Make a batch of your favorite smoothies for the week.  Fill small bottles (we like to recycle small water bottles) and place in the freezer for when it is time to go.  Not only does it serve as a yummy snack, but it also keeps the contents of your lunch bags cool.   Add Superberries Aroniaberry Concentrate or Frozen Aroniaberries to your smoothie recipe for a berry yummy flavor and extra antioxidants.

Muffins
Bake a bunch of mini muffins and place in snack bags in the freezer for morning activities and practices.  They will thaw on the drive and be ready for munching on right after practice.  Muffins are a great way to add fiber and vitamins to your diet.  Try adding Superberries Frozen Aroniaberries to your favorite recipes for a berry yummy flavor.

Fruit & Fruit Dip
Fruit dip makes eating slices of fruit more exciting.  Try this recipe from Genius Kitchen and pair with sliced apples, pears or oranges.  8 oz. of lowfat vanilla yogurt, ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce, ¼ tsp nutmeg and cinnamon.  Add a splash of Aroniaberry Concentrate for extra nutrients and antioxidants.

Quesadillas
Quesadillas are quick and simple to make.   Fill a whole wheat or corn tortilla with cheese and melt in the microwave.  Cut into bite size pieces and place in a snack bag.  For a yummy fruity flavor, add a ½ teaspoon of Aroniaberry Concentrate to the cheese for extra vitamins and antioxidants.
