If you don’t have the opportunity to exercise at a gym, online workouts are an excellent option for maintaining your fitness in the comfort of your own home. From daily workouts to 40-day challenges, you can find a workout for anyone online. Here are 7 of the best .com summer workouts to help you meet your fitness goals.

1. Self Summer Boot Camp Challenge

If you are ready to dive into a challenge, check out Self’s Summer Boot Camp Challenge. The 6-week program created by Natasha Oakley and Devin Brugman, co-founders of MONDAY swimwear, incorporates cardio, weights, and high-intensity interval training to help you kick up your exercise routine. Lilly Sabri is a fitness instructor and social media influencer well known for her upbeat workout videos. You may have heard of her Lean app, which comes with a free trial and then costs about $112 per year. With this free app from Johnson and Johnson, you will have access to free workouts designed by Chris Jordan, Director of Exercise Physiology at Johnson and Johnson’s Human Performance Institute.
