Aronia Orange Spritzer
Ingredients:
4 teaspoons of Aroniaberry Concentrate
4 cups of cold water
2 cups of orange juice (pulp-free)
4 cups of ginger ale, chilled
Frozen Aroniaberries instead of ice
Orange slices and frozen Aronia berries for garnish, optional
Directions:
In a pitcher, mix Aronia Concentrate with water. Add 2 cups of orange juice. Right before serving add ginger ale and frozen Aronia berries. Garnish with orange slices and frozen Aronia berries on a toothpick.
Aroniaberry Shirley Temple
Ingredients:
1 tsp. Aroniaberry Concentrate
1/4 Cup 7UP or Diet 7UP
1 tbsp. grenadine syrup
Ice
Maraschino cherries & frozen Aronia berries for garnish.
Directions:
Mix 7UP, grenadine syrup and Aroniaberry Concentrate. Pour over ice and top with cherries and frozen Aronia berries.
Sparkling Aroniaberry Punch
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp of Superberries Aroniaberry Concentrate
3 cups of cold water
3/4 cups of sugar
5 cinnamon sticks
Bottle of sparkling grape juice, white or red
1 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of lemon juice
1 litter of lemon-lime soda, chilled
Aroniaberry ice cubes: Add frozen Aronia berries to filled ice cube trays.
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine water, sugar and cinnamon sticks to make cinnamon syrup. Heat these ingredients to boiling and simmer 5 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks, cover and cool in the refrigerator for a few hours. In a large punch bowl, combine cinnamon syrup, aronia concentrate and water, sparkling grape juice, orange juice, lemon juice and soda. Add ice cubes. Garnish punch with additional cinnamon sticks, fruit-filled ice cubes, orange, lemon or lime slices.
Frosted Aronia Lemonade
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Aroniaberry Concentrate
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups water
6 cups vanilla ice cream
Sliced lemons, for garnish
Directions:
Mix Aroniaberry Concentrate, lemon juice, water, and sugar together in a pitcher until fully mixed. Chill. Into a blender, add aronia lemonade and ice cream. Blend until smooth. Serve in cups Garnish with slices of lemon and frozen Aroniaberries.
Aroniaberry Orange Mocktail Punch
Ingredients:
2 cups cold water
2 tsps Aroniaberry Concentrate
1 cup of cranberry juice
3 cups orance juice chilled
1/2 bottle of Sprite® Cranberry Zero, chilled (about 4 1/4 cups)
Instructions:
In a large punch bowl, add the water, aroniaberry concentrate, cranberry and orange juices. Add the cold soda. Stir. Serve immediately in cups over ice. Garnish with frozen Aronia berries, cranberries and orange slices.
Aroniaberry Moscow Mule
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon of Aronia Concentrate
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup ice
1/2 cup ginger beer
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon of sugar
Grenadine (optional)
Directions:
Stir ingredients together and serve over 3/4 cup of ice. Garnish with lime wedges, frozen Aronia berries and rosemary.
Aronia Sangria Mocktail
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of frozen Aronia berries
1 pear, diced
1 orange, sliced
1 cup fresh cranberries
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
2 cups pineapple juice
1/4 cup of frozen Aronia berries
1 2-liter bottle ginger ale
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except ginger ale in a large pitcher. If desired, let sit in fridge for 1 to 4 hours. Add chilled ginger ale. Serve immediately.
