Ingredients:


1 ounce Aronia Berry Concentrate
3 ounces water
1/2 ounce peach syrup
1/3 ounce lime juice
Sprite or sparkling water 


Directions:

Combine the first four ingredients in a tall glass and stir. Add ice. Top up with sparkling water or Sprite.

2.  Berry Slush Mocktail

Ingredients:

8 ounces sparkling water
A small handful of frozen strawberries
A small handful of frozen blueberries
A small handful of frozen Aronia berries
1 tsp dark honey

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until slushy.

3. Aronia Berry Ginger Mocktail

Ingredients:

¼ Cup thawed Aronia berries
½ lemon thinly sliced
1 handful of ice cubes
5 ounces of ginger ale
1 tsp honey

Directions:
Combine Aronia berries and lemon slices in a glass. Gently press the berries to release some juice. Add on ice cubes. Pour in ginger ale. Add honey and give a quick stir.

4. Aronia berry Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients:

4-5 mint leaves
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
3 Tbsp Aronia berry simple syrup
ice
lemon-lime soda or sparkling water
mint leaves for garnish

Directions:
Make simple syrup: combine ½ C water, ½ C sugar, and ½ ounce Aronia berry concentrate. Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes until all ingredients are combined. Let cool. Muddle mint leaves and lime juice at the bottom of the glass.  Add Aronia berry simple syrup and ice. Fill remainder of the glass with lemon-lime soda or sparkling water. Garnish with mint leaves.

5. Aronia berry New York Sour Mocktail

Ingredients:

Assam tea bag (2 oz brewed tea)
Few drops of vanilla extract
2 tsp lemon juice
3 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp Aronia berry concentrate
2 tsp water

Directions:
Steep the teabag in 5 ounces of boiling water, stir, and then remove the tea bag. Mix in vanilla extract and allow to cool. Combine lemon juice, maple syrup, tea, and ice in shaker. Shake well and pour into a glass of ice. Combine Aronia berry concentrate and water. Pour over drink in glass.

6. Elderflower-Aronia Berry Spritz

Ingredients:

1 ounce Elderflower syrup
¼ ounce Aronia berry concentrate
splash of grenadine
8 ounces sparkling water

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a tall glass with ice.

7. Aronia berry Summer Mocktail

Ingredients:

1 thin slice of cucumber
1 spring mint
1 Tbsp Aronia berries
Sprite or lemon sparkling water
Fruit garnish

Directions:
Chop cucumber and mint into small pieces. Bring 6 ounces of water to a boil and add the cucumber and mint. Turn off heat and let sit for 2 minutes. Add frozen Aronia berries and allow them to defrost. After a minute, crush berries with a spoon and stir. Strain the mixture. Use immediately or save in the refrigerator up to 24 hours. Makes 4 servings. Pour ¼ of the mixture into a glass. Top with ice. Add 6 ounces of Sprite or lemon sparkling water.
