Gabriella writes: Aronia berries JUST became my new smoothie ingredient go-to. #FACTS: Aronia berries contain higher levels of antioxidants, polyphenols, and anthocyanins. (Two to three times more) than cranberries, blueberries, grapes, and most other fruits. And they taste dang good too. Oh, and they also make a pretty smoothie.
3/4 cup of Superberries Frozen Aronia Berries
1 small frozen banana
1 cup of oat milk
1 tbsp of chia seeds
Blend. Top with extra Aronia berries, coconut flakes, and chia seeds. ENJOY.
