This berry-licious appetizer combines aroniaberries, cranberries, brie cheese and pecans in a delicious crescent dough cup for a delightful treat. Thanks Delish for the inspiration. We were inspired by a recipe from Delish and wanted to see what it tasted like with our Aroniaberries added to the mix. We love it.
Ingredients:
½ cup of Organic Frozen Aroniaberries (thawed)
½ cup of whole canned cranberry sauce
1 8 oz. tube of crescent dough
1 wheel of brie (8 oz.)
¼ cup of chopped pecans
Directions:
Spray mini muffin tin with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly flour the surface to roll out the crescent dough. Cut into 24 squares with a pizza cutter. Place dough squares in a muffin tin. Mix Aroniaberries and cranberries sauce together. Use a fork to mash the Aronia berries. Cut brie into small squares. Place a square of brie on top of crescent dough. Top cheese with a spoonful of berry mixture. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake for 13-14 minutes and serve. Recipe inspired by Delish.
