Celebrity Trainer Discovers the Aroniaberry

It amazes me how quickly word has spread regarding the benefits of the aronia berry. As an individual involved in extreme exercise, I’ve found that taking a couple tablespoons of Superberries Aronia Concentrate in water each day after my regimen does wonders for recovery time and helps reduce post workout inflammation.
