Ingredients
2 Premade pie crust or homemade pie crust
1 ½ Cups of Aroniaberries
6 Apples (peeled, cored and cubed)
¾ cup sugar or honey (save a tablespoon for decoration)
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp Milk (for brushing on the pie
crust)
Filling
Reserve 1 tablespoon of sugar for decoration. Place the apples in a bowl, sprinkle with little lemon juice and mix. Add the Aroniaberries, sugar, and cinnamon. Set aside.
