It’s fall and with all the pumpkin spice flavors swirling around, we thought this was the perfect time to feature our Aroniaberry Pumpkin Spice Smoothie. For this smoothie, you will combine Aroniaberries, Pumpkin Puree, Greek Yogurt, Almond Milk, and Medjool Dates or Honey for sweetener. Feel free to use pumpkin pie spice instead of Cinnamon and Nutmeg. Like Superberries Aroniaberries, Pumpkins have antioxidants that boost your immunity and support eye health and heart health. They are a fabulous fall duo for your health and wellness.
1 C Pumpkin Puree
1/2 C Almond Milk
1/2 C Greek Yogurt
4 Medjool Dates, pitted or 2 Tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Nutmeg
Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender and process/blend until smooth. Garnish with cinnamon. Serve and Enjoy!
