This aronia-carrot-spinach smoothie has antioxidants from the Aronia berries and beta-carotene which adds up to SUPER anti-aging power and a healthy glow for your skin. Makes 2 servings.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup frozen Aroniaberries or a tbsp of Aroniaberry Concentrate
½ cup orange juice
½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup frozen Aronia berries
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
½ frozen banana, sliced
1 large carrot or 6 baby carrots
DIRECTIONS:
Blend orange juice and yogurt first. Add the berries, spinach, banana, and carrots. Blend until smooth.
