Aronia-Carrot-Spinach Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup Frozen Aronia berries or 1 tablespoon Aronia berry Concentrate
½ cup orange juice
½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
½ frozen banana, sliced
1 large carrot or 6 baby carrots
Optional additions:
½ teaspoon grated ginger for a zesty kick
1 tablespoon chia seeds for added fiber and omega-3s
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon for warmth and flavor
2-3 fresh mint leaves for a refreshing twist
Directions:
Preparation: Wash and peel the carrot if using a large one.
