Salad dressing ingredients: Red Wine Vinegar, Apple Juice, Aroniaberries, Sugar, Salt, Garlic, Olive Oil. Salad ingredients: Spinach Leaves, Carrots, Avocado, Cucumber, Aroniaberries. In food processor, combine all dressing ingredients except olive oil. Process until berries and garlic are finely chopped. With processor running, slowly pour in olive oil. Process until smooth and thick. Divide salads and drizzle with dressing.
