Irish Aroniaberry BarmbrackCelebrate St. Patrick’s Day with Superberries take on this Barmbrack cake.  This dessert is an Irish tradition usually made on holidays. After pouring the batter into a bundt pan, you can add items in the cake which symbolize certain things for the person who receives each in their slice. Some objects that the Irish traditionally added were, a coin to symbolize good fortune, a ring for marriage, etc.  At Superberries we added Frozen Aroniaberries for good health and wellness.
