    Aroniaberry Recovery Smoothie

10K's, marathons, and long holiday weekends call for super foods and super fruits.  Try this smoothie to help your recovery. 

    Ingredients:

    1/2 cup Frozen Aroniaberries
    1 frozen banana.
    1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach.
    1.5 cups coconut milk.
    2 tbsp almond butter.
    2 tsp honey.
    1/2 tsp cinnamon.
    1 tablespoon of oatmeal (optional)

    Directions:

    Blend until smooth.
