If you don’t see a benefit after 90 days of using Superberries® products, simply return your order for a hassle-free refund (purchase price less shipping), even if the container is empty.
Returns & Damaged Goods Policy & Procedures
You have the opportunity to purchase Superberries’ products online and in various retail locations. The “Returned & Damaged Goods” policy and procedures outlined below only apply to purchases made on Superberries.com.
Returns ─ Because everyone’s individual health and wellness experience with the Superberries® family of products may vary, we recommend 90 days of use. If, after that time, you are unhappy with the results, you may return the products for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping). See the following tips and instructions on how to return your product:
You must contact Superberries.com and request a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) number. You may do so by e-mailing us at [email protected] or you may call (877) 819-6881.
Please note: ALL returns must receive an RMA number in order for the return to be processed. Please write your RMA number on the outside of your package. If an RMA number is not listed on the outside of your return, your return will be delayed in processing.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
When returning the product to Superberries, you must carefully package the product and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within 30 days of the return authorization number being issued. Once we receive your return, we will begin the refund process. Please send your returns to Superberries, Attn: Returns, 11808 West Center Road, Omaha, NE, 68144.
As we do not retain any credit card numbers, returns will not be credited back to your purchasing credit card. Returns will be refunded via check from Mae's Health and Wellness/Superberries.
All returns of "duplicate items" (items previously returned by the same customer from a previous order) are subject to approval.
Superberries.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
Damaged Goods – If you receive a Superberries product and the merchandise has been damaged, please follow these instructions:
If you can clearly see the outside of the packing container has significant damage, accept the order, but note it on the bill of lading.
After notating the damage on the bill of lading, the shipper should notify you with information regarding the issue.
