cup Superberries Fresh-Frozen Aroniaberries
1 cup Apple Cider or Apple Juice
1/4 cup Honey
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon (ground)
Place Aroniaberries in a food processor for about 15 to 20 seconds (or until finely chopped). In 1 1/2 quart saucepan, combine chopped berries and all remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook over medium heat until the mixture boils, stirring occasionally. Boil for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Strain the mixture through a metal strainer. Cool to room temperature. Serve over cheesecake, angel food cake, pound cake, or frozen yogurt, or try on pancakes or waffles.
