(OMAHA, NE) – Superberries, a division of Westin Foods has inked a
Name, Image, Likeness (NIL) deal with Omaha Westside’s all-around senior
student-athlete, Kaitlyn Hanna. The deal between Hanna and Superberries marks a
historic event as Kaitlyn is believed to be one of the first female high school
student-athletes in Nebraska to cement a NIL deal with a major sponsor/company.
Kaitlyn’s deal consists of financial support, as well as business mentoring as she launches her newly founded company, TeeArt Creations. Hanna, a multi-sport athlete at Omaha Westside is best known as a two-time State Champion golfer who founded a golf camp specifically for young girls her freshman year. She holds ten school golf records and recorded the lowest girls golf score of any class in NSAA history with a 9 under par, 63. Kaitlyn has received countless academic and athletic awards during her time at Westside, most recently, she was awarded the Nebraska Golf Association Girls Player of the Year in 2021 and signed with the University of Iowa on a golf scholarship.
