
This time of the year is all about cranberries, but Superberries Aroniaberries deliver a wonderful berry flavor in all kinds of dishes and baked goods. In this recipe we combine Aronia berries, cranberries, and blueberries for some delicious and antioxidant-rich relish.
1/2 Cup Freshly Frozen Aronia berries
2 Cups Fresh Cranberries
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1 Cup Orange Juice
3/4 Cup White Sugar (or sweetener of your choice)
1 Tsp Orange Zest (grated)
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Heat all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir until the sugar dissolves and berries soften for about 15 minutes. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Garnish with cinnamon.
